By downloading, installing, or using ToddleBits ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ToddleBits is a mobile application designed to help parents and guardians capture, organize, and cherish their children's developmental milestones. The App provides features for photo storage, milestone tracking, and developmental insights.

3. User Accounts

To use ToddleBits, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ToddleBits, including photos, videos, and text ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

            Your Content, Your Rights: We do not claim ownership of your 
            photos or data. We will never use your content for advertising or share it 
            without your explicit consent.
        

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The ToddleBits App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by SaiWorks and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our permission.

8. Disclaimers

ToddleBits is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The App will be available at all times without interruption
The App will be free from errors or defects
Developmental insights are a substitute for professional medical advice

            Not Medical Advice: ToddleBits is for informational purposes only 
            and should not replace consultation with pediatricians or child development specialists.
        

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaiWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaiWorks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
